Kentucky Overrides Governor's Veto to Pass Pro-Life Abortion Restricting Law

As Roe v Wade looks to have potential to be overturned at the Supreme Court as early as this summer, states are lining up on either side of the issue, enacting pro-life and pro-abortion laws.

Here I discuss the Kentucky state legislature overturning the Governor's veto, requiring parental consent for minors having abortions, new reporting requirements, and lowering legal abortions from 20 weeks to 15 weeks.
