(I'm Going to) Shapiro's

My brain is just...wrong?...different? I don't know, but while charting Paul Sỉmon's "Gracɘland", the line, "Poor boys and Pilgrims with families.." kept making me hear, "Po-boys, and Hoagie sandwiches" (I must have been hungry).
