Jason Belmonte upset by Bill O'Neill in roll off to open the round of 16 of The PBA playoffs

The PBA Playoffs Round of 16 began with one seed Jason Belmonte vs. 16 seed Bill O'Neill. Belmonte left five hanging seven pins, and O'Neill won in a roll-off after Belmo failed to strike in the tenth frame of game two.
