Honda's tradition of offering versatile and capable motorcycles for an infinite variety of uses is unquestionable. The trail category models stand out in this context, and legendary models emerged from the factory gates in Manaus, AM: Honda XL 250R, XL 125S, the NX family - 125, 150, 350 Sahara -, the NXR Bros and the XRE 300 , whose success resulted in the launch of the "sister" XRE 190 in mid-2016.

The gateway to the XRE family remains, five years after its launch, faithful to the adventurous trail concept and one of the most versatile On-Off Road motorcycles in the Honda line-up in Brazil. The balance between performance, economy and robustness is its great attraction, which puts it in a strategic position, one step above the NXR 160 Bros and one below the XRE 300 ABS.

Offered in two versions, ABS and ABS Adventure, the XRE 190 ABS 2022 arrive with new graphics and a renewed color scheme. The exclusive Honda XRE 190 ABS Adventure comes in a new matte color, gray, with red details and black graphics, a composition that enhances aggressiveness. On the XRE 190 ABS, the new shades of red and pearl blue have renewed graphics and expanded black areas.

The air-cooled single-cylinder OHC engine derives from the engine that equips the CG and Bros lines, whose cubic capacity was increased to equip the XRE and exact 184.4 cc by increasing the piston diameter. The Flex One PGM-FI (Programmed Fuel Injection) fuel injection system allows the use of both ethanol and gasoline. The maximum power is 16.4 hp with ethanol and 16.3 hp with gasoline, always at 8,500 rpm. The maximum torque reaches 1.66 kgf.m with ethanol and 1.65 kgf.m with gasoline, at 6,000 rpm. The transmission is a five-speed.

The steel chassis is semi-double cradle type, with telescopic front suspension and monoshock rear suspension, both long-travel, which together with good ergonomics and two-level seat makes the Honda XRE190 very comfortable, with ground clearance. of the seat contained at 836 mm. A highlight of the model is the ABS braking, which acts on the 240 mm front disc, leaving the rear system exempt from the system, which favors use on unpaved terrain.
