Oklahoma governor signs near-total abortion ban

Oklahoma Governor Kevin Stitt signed a bill that would make abortion illegal in the state. The near-total ban punishes providers with up to $100,000 in fines and 10 years in prison if they perform an abortion, except in the case of medical emergencies.
