Ukraine Hit Russian Flagship Moskva Cruiser With Two Neptune Anti-Ship Missiles | Footage of Moskva.The Moskva, a Slava-class cruiser with approximately 510 crew, was said to be on fire and in danger of sinking. It was understood to have been hit by two Neptune anti-ship missiles launched by Ukrainian naval forces. The battery was hidden in or around the Ukrainian port city. The flagship of Russia’s Black Sea fleet was hit and seriously damaged by two Ukrainian missiles, officials in Odesa claimed. An audio recording, purportedly of Ukrainian troops reporting the attack on the cruiser, circulated on social media.
