Hello foodies 👋🏻

When I eat burgers, roasted potatoes or veggies in general, I like to give them an extra taste with sauce...the most common are ketchup and mayo.
But these food condiments are also damn high in calorie and fat!
So I decided to re-create an healthy version of these sauce to enjoy them more often and without guilt.
Here you go beet ketchup and vegan aioli...two simple to make low carb sauces that taste just like the real thing! SO good! 😌

Beet-chup recipe🍴:
1 beet cooked (either roasted or steamed)
1 onion
1 tbs olive oil
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup of water

Vegan Aioli recipe 🍴:
1 cup walnuts
3/4 cup water
1 tsp garlic powder or 1 garlic clove
2 tsp tahini sauce
juice of 1/2 lemon
pinch of salt
