I discuss a State Senate Hearing Committee that discusses TOXINs that were supposed to be discarding according to President Johnsons orders, but the DOD and others had different plans. In this document they discuss the "Dart Gun" (heart attack gun) along with COBRA Venom. Funny how now it appears Doctors Braun and Ardis are discussing this. Dr. Braun found it difficult for people to listen to him.
