**10 MINUTE TONING AT HOME FOR ARMS AND LEGS**
For this workout, get a set of 2, 3 or 4 lb. Weights. This doesn't require anything too heavy, and you can always do this with no weights at all. You should also get a set of Resistance bands. They're great to add variety when toning your arms, legs and glutes. Of course, you can still do the moves in this video without weights OR bands. Equipment is always optional.
**I love being able to fit in some form of exercise every day. It's so nice to feel accomplished.
