NYC Subway Shooting Suspect Caught and Arrested

On Monday, April 11, 2022, 63 year old van driver and YouTuber, Frank Robert James, from Wisconsin, drove his vehicle clear from his home state through Pennsylvania, and stopped at his destination; New York City, New York, where he fired shots, killed 10 people, and injured at least 13 others.
The man's motives and intentions still remain a mystery. The primary suspect, out of about a total of 15 other suspects in this tragedy, can be confirmed to be Frank Robert James.
This tragic event follows New York's recent, major terrorist attacks, which happened only 2 weeks before this situation.
With crimes all across the board exploding in almost all huge, metropolitan areas, many experts are heavily advising reinstating police officers, alongside hiring new recruits. Time will tell if this ends up being the case.
