Join me on a cinematic tour of Kapok Park, a city park in Clearwater.

Before Kapok Park was a park, it was the grounds of the Kapok Tree Restaurant, a fine-dining spot with extensive gardens of exotic plants. Since becoming a park, the city of Clearwater has worked hard to bring the park back to a natural state. Exotic plants have been removed. There is a boardwalk with observation pier, paved path, and several entrances.

Kapok Park is open daily and is free for everyone to enjoy. It's popular with walkers, joggers, families, dog walkers, photographers, and nature lovers.
