Sunny but cold & gusty Thursday with highs in the 40s

By morning, we are sunny, but it is windy and cold with temps in the 30s and wind chills in the 20s with winds gusting to 30 mph. We stay sunny on Thursday, but it is cold with highs in the 40s and westerly winds of 25 to 50 mph all afternoon and evening.
