Was Kristi Kristy Really against Mask Mandate

I got a mailer from Kristi Kristy who is running for the school board in Knox County for my district. The thing says that she was "strongly opposed mask mandate for children from the very beginning." But my friend saw the August 12, 2020 Knox county video and said that Kristi did vote for the mask mandate. Here is the video.

She also said she was not against the mask in the school at 47 minutes in this video.
