Oleksiy Arestovych appears to be one of Zelensky's emminent advisers. Arestovich thinks it, Zelensky says it. But who is Arestovich? What's his background? Why is he often a source quoted by western media, when he's been caught out numerous times trying to pass off pictures of crimes of the Azov Battalion as those of RF Armed Forces?
