DOT Reasonable Suspicion Training for Supervisors
Are you regulated by the Department of Transportation (DOT), and do you supervise covered employees? Easler Education’s DOT Reasonable Suspicion Training for Supervisors prepares students to make sound decisions through interactive video, documents, and resources.
Learn to make reasonable suspicion determinations and recognize the signs of drug and alcohol abuse in the workplace. Our DOT-compliant course was designed by experienced attorneys who specialize in regulatory, risk, and compliance training and meets or exceeds the training requirements for the following federal agencies:
Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA)
Federal Aviation Administration (FAA)
Federal Transit Administration (FTA)
Federal Railroad Administration (FRA)
United States Coast Guard (USCG)
Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA)
In as little as 2 hours, students can be properly trained to avoid safety risks and potential liabilities, including wrongful termination or discrimination suits. Our program is easy to access online, and students can take it on their own schedule from just about anywhere. Once the online exam has been passed, students can instantly download a certificate of completion.
DOT drug and alcohol testing regulations require 60 minutes of training on indicators of probable drug use and another 60 minutes of training on the detection of symptoms of alcohol misuse. This course is designed to comply with these regulations.
This is the initial training course for supervisors who have never taken a reasonable suspicion or reasonable cause training course. Trained supervisors can recognize safety risks early and have a higher probability of intervening before accidents or injuries.
