Post-COVID Hair Loss

Hair loss update - Woo! I think I'm back to normal. I'm so thankful!
Reminder of my story: I got "it" mid December through mid January. My hair loss began in the end of February. My beautician said I lost about 1/4 to 1/3 of my total volume of hair. Fortunately, I have a LOT of hair, so it didn't show. But I was SICK of hair on my clothes, on furniture, flying around.
I requested any suggestions possible. Many of them were things I began to do. Perhaps these activities and supplements helped. Look for a few posts that I made in Chemical Minimalist groups with those remedies.
To some degree, this was something that had to run its course. Not sure how things would have gone if I did nothing.
