Well, it's Thursday and it's a work day so we have to get after it so we start with Ringo Starr and then slide into Rod Stewart on the topic of how hard or how lucky things can be. There's dues paying involved in all of this as for every action, there is an opposite and equal reaction. As always, however, there is no air on our segues so, having done our part, now you have to do yours in listening to it...

Segue City is a recurring short-form programming element. At some point it will be a part of "The Big Kahuna." That’s an Internet Radio format that’s a part of Global Entertainment Technology that was created by Dain L. Schult.

It revives the art of mixing two songs together in a seamless pattern where it is tough to tell where the first song ended and the second one began. Sometimes the segues may also revolve around thematic ideas like matching or similar song titles.

Other times there are hidden meanings and Easter Eggs in the mix as well. We'll try anything because no two Segue City Specials will ever be exactly the same...
