Fires rage in New Mexico

Dry weather and strong winds across the southwestern U.S. state of New Mexico brought wildfires to the area. Local officials have confirmed that at least one home and numerous barns, sheds and other buildings were damaged or destroyed by fire, and that immediate evacuations were called for.
