Kootenai County Clerk Jim Brannon explains more of the counting processes for Kootenai County. Jennifer Locke, Kootenai County Deputy Clerk and Idaho Secretary of State employee Chad Houck add their thoughts.
Jim explains that we are the largest central count county. This means that no ballots are counted at the precincts. The county takes place at the elections office.
