Caring for the Caregivers. I recently bought my Mom a bike to encourage her to get outdoors to help with her stress related high blood pressure. My Dad’s ALS has been putting mom under a lot of stress as his primary caregiver and I want other people to understand that caregivers need to be taking care of themselves too!
