My heaviest 20-rep squat set so far, followed by some pullovers, and axle bar floor press and dead-stop rows. My 20-rep weight was a full 50 pounds more than I managed in the video I posted last fall. I then did two sets of pullovers, and three press and row supersets. I couldn't quite get that last rep on the floor press, as it was my final set, and fatigue was hitting hard by that point.
It was 42 degrees in the barn. My toes got a little cold, but other than that it was quite comfortable.
