5min Home CHEST, SHOULDERS, TRICEPS Workout (DUMBBELLS ONLY PUSH WORKOUT!!). Welcome to the most INTENSE chest, shoulder, and triceps workout in less than 5 minutes!!

Today, we’re going to be going through 7 exercises that are going to target your pushing muscle groups. Some of the exercises I’m going to be taking you through include: diamond push-ups, plyo push-ups, wide grip overhead press, alternating front raises, tricep kickbacks and overhead extensions. Get ready for a serious pump that is going to help you grow a significant amount of muscle!

ALWAYS remember to practice good mind-to-muscle connection. I want you to always be imagining the muscles working as you are going through the exercise so you can activate them as much as possible. Another important aspect is to always prioritize control over speed for the sake of preventing injuries and ensuring we're getting micro-tears in the pectorals that are responsible for the muscle growth during the recovery and repair phase.
