Okay, after reading the headline of this week’s episode of, I Am Worth It TV what did you think the story would be about? The news? In part, it is, however it's more than that. We are all drowning in headline thinking,
The statistics reported are astonishing….70% are only reading headlines of articles before sharing. Only 4 out of 10 people actually read the story before forming an opinion.

As humans, we can’t help but judge 😮 I know judging isn’t nice, but you can’t stop judging its your brain letting you know that what you see either externally or internally (about you) doesn’t match with some belief you hold.
The danger of headline only judgment is not the judgment (that’s normal) but that we form opinions that drive our actions without digging deeper.
Hey, we all have headlines too, our education level, home ownership, past mistakes, the way we dress, I could go on. And without reading the story behind each person's headline, we never really know that person and what they’re capable of.
