WAS LIES ABOUT IP68 THEN I said i will try a repair but want 40 dollars
partial refund he ran blocking contact and customer care
ignored also,

first i SPEND HOURS breaking it apart
i used an external usb power pack to test as i go
by luck left side started working but not middle
i stumbled by mistake solder issue of lifting resistors
'bending board got by chance rest working
the power off event was a stuck button on bottom
pulling it off fixed it finally
but all lit 2 keys say stuck on T ans S key i decided
enough time on it and use it for parts as needed
