Rage Room | Teenage Rage Relief

Happy Friday YouTube and welcome back to another video!! Today is going to be an extreme one!! We will be turning our garage into a rage room for some teenage rage relief!! A rage room is a space where you destroy object to relieve stress, anger and frustrations. Elizabeth and I share 2 teenage boys and our niece Iliana is down visiting. COVID-19 has had a big impact on everyone but I truly believe is has impacted our youth even more. With the cancellation of going to school, proms, graduations, social gatherings and not being able to hang out with friends took a huge toll. We wanted to do something for them to relieve some of that frustration. I want to EMPHASIZE that this was all done under adult supervision, we had safety equipment and no one got hurt. We had a great time, everyone was smiling and we would highly recommend this under extreme safety and adult supervision! I really hope that you enjoy this video, it was super fun to make!!
