Autogynephilia is the ultimate self-deception, alongside closely related conditions like Autoandrophilia. It requires the individual, who is a heterosexual male, to abandon all his understanding of self and his relationship to society, and manufacture a new identity.

While neither sex nor gender are 'socially constructed', identity is and this crucial distinction is missed by many, because it suits them to. Indeed, today, one might be forgiven for thinking that identity is hardwired while sex and gender are not, but in fact the opposite is true. Identity is surprisingly malleable and is being reshaped all the time, by the circumstances we find ourselves in and the people we are amongst.

This video, compiled from videos available on YouTube, confirms the above. The subject's adoption of what appears to be femininity is not, in fact, so. It is not a gender presentation at all, but instead an identitarian one.

'You can be anything you want.' This is repeated many times, but in fact, except a handful of people with well-understood genetic conditions, there are only two sexes, males and female. One cannot be 'anything', one has to be one or the other of these.

Similarly, because gender is the mainstay of the human sexual attraction system, and there are only two sexes, there are only two genders, masculine, the desire to penetrate and attraction to femininity, and feminine, the desire to be penetrated and attraction to masculinity.

This subject, typically of Western Autgynephiles, makes it clear that only male sexuality is present, revealing a male-typical revulsion towards masculinity and intimacy with men - 'doing nasty things'. For this subject, men are 'stupid', uncouth and quite unworthy, while women are beautiful, desirable and perfect.

So, 'why not'? Why not become what one finds most attractive? Well in the first place, being a facsimile of a woman does not make one a woman. And in other conversations, this subject has expressed a willingness to have sex with women; penetrative sex. In other words, the subject is repulsed by men and cannot be touched by them, exactly as a normal heterosexual male would be, while at the same time being attracted to women and desiring intimacy with them, again, exactly as a heterosexual male would.

But most women have female sexuality and so are attracted to masculinity, so the subject has to go further and adopt the identity of a lesbian. They often call themselves 'transbians'. But of course, there is no such thing, it is an invented identity. They cannot be lesbians because they are not female.

Unsurprisingly, this causes significant difficulties with genuine lesbians, that is the female ones and most will reject advances from one such as this subject out of hand and often with hostility. As a result, the subject must seek partners who are also 'transbians' or who are females but belong to the same 'woke' subculture and who have adopted a social identity, effectively, of 'transbian-lover.'
