Russian Airborne Field Billets

The Russian Ministry of Defense put out this video. I am curious to know where this location is? Is it in the Ukraine or is it in Russia? It looks too organized.

Do soldiers have this accommodation even in the midst of battle? Is this a rest and recovery between battles? I notice all the soldiers are very young which means they are conscripts fulfilling their mandatory one year of service.

Conscripts are used in fighting, but mostly as support personnel, cooks and laundry, etc.
