Sacramento Shooter was Early-released Felon, CDCR Wants More

One of the shooter suspects in Sacramento's worst shooting is an early-released felon after serving less than half of the sentencing under the CA Department of Corrections (CDCR) program. Now CDCR wants to push the program permanently. Sacramento County DA Anne Marie Schubert breaks down what's behind it.
