Making Lentils And Rice - My Take On Mujadara

Making lentils and rice because one of my earliest memories was of my dad talking about his Syrian grandma making this dish. Years later I learned from my grandpa this dish is call mujadara, which I cannot exactly say perfectly. I would like to learn Arabic, but I only know a couple of words. This is my new take on mujadara, so I do not claim it is authentic.
