SOUTHERN TRUTH PRESENTS : WHEN IS A TERROR ATTACK NOT DEEMED AS ONE

Overnight there was a shooting in Brooklyn, New York where a gentlemen was travelling on a commuter train, put on what some say a gas mask on, open up a gas canister and open fire to random people. With what happened afterwards, officials claimed three magazines were found, one in a backpack , one on the ground and one still left inside a handgun, with a bullet jammed inside.
Also to some reports that the security cameras at the subway weren't working as no footage apparently can come from subway.
