I've always had an affinity for the water. After seeing a Navy SeAL and a Marine Raider carry a rock underwater for 5 miles here recently, I've decided to reconnect with my aquatic roots. It's time to bring out the inner Aquaman! So here we go!

Today's Routine:

5 Rounds
100m Alternating Freestyle and Breast Stroke

Pushups - Plank - Leg Lift - Leg Scissors Front Crawl
