The Colorado bill that is seeking to make changes to punishments for people who deal fentanyl saw its first committee hearing in the House Judiciary Committee. Among the first to testify were medical doctors and treatment specialists who spoke about the potential damage the measure could do if it is changed to punish users with a felony.
