Proof All Votes in Pennsylvania Were NOT Treated Equally - Stinchfield

On his April 5th episode, Grant Stinchfield reveals the evidence that Todd Shepherd presented to the PA State Government Affairs Committee. Shepherd provided  evidence that "all votes in Pennsylvania were not treated equally. For example, voters in blue counties in PA were allowed to 'fix' their mail-in ballots while voters in red counties were not.
