This apple cake with oatmeal and oatmeal breakfast is super delicious and an easy breakfast preparation idea that you can share with your kids too! This vegan breakfast recipe is similar to baked oatmeal in that it is flourless and refined sugar free, but it is even better.

Tasty recipe Healthy Breakfast Apple Cake 1 cup oatmeal
1 large apple, peeled and chopped
3 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
3 Tbsp. yogurt
2 eggs
1 tablespoon butter or coconut oil
