Our Autistic children are just Pawns in the Regional Center chess Scheme. We, the families of #autism and other special needs are being PLAYED! Our #Autistic children are just another Pawn in the RC chess scheme. But I would like to remind those criminals in this RC cartel, that after the game, the king and the pawn go into the same box.

This video clip is Another gem from the OAH i.e. Kangaroo court that supports Regional Center’s and DDS’s corrupt and False mission. Kimberly Gains is NOT a TRAUMA EXPERT But is Testifying and Playing one for OAH and Regional Center. She knows nothing will happen to her because she is protected by the SDRC cartel.

Kimberly (Kim) Anne Gaines-Williams, PhD. 18 years @ Regional Center (RC) is in charge of Autism Contracts and Vendors. She supports and Favors ABA Therapy for Autistic children. Even though we provided Peer-Reviewed Research, Evidence-Based Research, DOD reports, etc. this not so smart female, who claims to be a psychologist, supports such a horrific “Therapy” that is abusive. If you listen to the audio you will hear her admit that Parents complained that ABA Causes Prompt dependence and that forcing an autistic child to look at somebody when we know from a brain scan it causes pain that should be considered abuse.

In this segment, Kimberly violated 3 APA codes:
2.03 Maintaining Competence
Psychologists undertake ongoing efforts to develop and maintain their competence.
***She is not familiar with ads research, brain scans, or how certain interventions harm the population. Hasn’t read anything related to neuro, despite being the director of neurodevelopmental conditions.
2.01 Boundaries of Competence
(a) Psychologists provide services, teach, and conduct research with populations and in areas only within the boundaries of their competence, based on their education, training, supervised experience, consultation, study, or professional experience.
(c) Psychologists planning to provide services, teach, or conduct research involving populations, areas, techniques, or technologies new to them undertake relevant education, training, supervised experience, consultation, or study.
(e) In those emerging areas in which generally recognized standards for preparatory training do not yet exist, psychologists nevertheless take reasonable steps to ensure the competence of their work and to protect clients/patients, students, supervisees, research participants, organizational clients, and others from harm.
***Testifying about trauma. Testifying about autism.
Director of the department and approving services/therapies she was no knowledge of.
2.06 Personal Problems and Conflicts
(a) Psychologists refrain from initiating an activity when they know or should know that there is a substantial likelihood that their personal problems will prevent them from performing their work-related activities in a competent manner.
(b) When psychologists become aware of personal problems that may interfere with their performing work-related duties adequately, they take appropriate measures, such as obtaining professional consultation or assistance, and determine whether they should limit, suspend, or terminate their work-related duties. (See also Standard 10.10, Terminating Therapy .)
*** Kimberly is Testifying against and then denying ATSC vendor contract)

1. NEVER EVER believe anything you read from any of OAH “Judge” Hearing decisions. You think it’s a real court with real judges but you don’t know that it is NOT. It’s an administrative court, lower than even the lowest trial court.
2. OAH, only provides the public with the written “decision” of the OAH “Judge” so you will miss all the important details and the TRUTH of what really happened.
3. The outcome is Pre-Determined with a decision and Conclusion ready to go

Like most people at the Regional Center, Kimberly has no qualifications to be deemed as an “autism expert” and her role as coordinator of autism services & clinical practitioner is extremely troubling. She has not demonstrated an interest in the well-being and future of children with autism, as evidenced by her incorrect assumptions regarding the diagnosis of autism, her inability to remain current with peer-reviewed research, & her inability to understand the consequences of her interventions on children with autism.

Kimberly could not even answer basic questions during questioning, lacking the intelligence & ability to support the practice of ABA.

After the UnFair hearing at the Regional Center against ABA & OAH “Judge”, Regional Center retaliated against our family using many dirty tactics while using taxpayer money to abuse their power. Absolute Power corrupts absolutely.

I cannot help but feel disgusted & appalled at how the members of the court cooperated to betray the convicting truth presented in court in order to continue the outdated & abusive practice that is ABA.

Silence breeds more victims! Speaking out emboldens other victims to come forward. Wake up
