In 2018, Regional center got over $10,000,000,000 billion dollars funding to distribute to families and they are getting more money every year.

The program is called "Self Determination". How ridiculous!
Do you know why? Because they know nothing about self determination but people in regional center like to use WORDS. Nice Words.
