SCS SHORT - MY RESPONSE TO THE W.H.O.

You may, or may not, be aware of the W.H.O. currently undertaking a 'consultation' about a planned 'instrument' or 'treaty' that would give power to the W.H.O. in response to any 'future' 'pandemic'.

I am not one to let such a consultation go without comment. and whilst I could have said much more, and probably should have, this was a last minute invite, so I hurriedly put this response together and delivered it to their zoom meeting :-)
