Since 1891 there are over 200 U.S. patents dealing with weather modification. Lots of cloud seeding, weather modification programs, atmospheric management, HAARP and many others. These patents are one reason many doubt global warming is real. But it's also irrelevant, because we are trashing the one livable planet that we know of, so we do need environmental responsibility.
