Arizona state law SB 1070 requires local police to check the legal residence status of suspicious individuals. This asian man could barely speak English and was trespassing but the cop refused to check hjs legal residence status as required by Arizona state law SB 1070 and USC Article 4, Section 4.

I interviewed the Mesa cop post incident. He told me he's only been a Mesa cop 2 years, has zero college education(he told me he's not even a community college graduate). He said he's from southern california and did answer my question if he's a US citizen in the affirmative(but he could be lying and I couldn't verify that). He also claimed he didn't know if the Mesa Police are employing non US citizens as cops. His name badge read "A. Duran". He also told me he didn't know the 14th Amendment and apparently doesn't know SB 1070 or refuses to enforce it.

He was cooperative answering questions and did not threaten to arrest me was in his favor.

However, I believe a 4 year college degree should be a police job requirement and passing courses on the Constitution.

Police departments are also discriminating against better qualified, college degreed whites to exacerbate social tensions.

It's likely he knows Spanish(latino from southern california)and is sympathetic to the large number of latino criminals here illegally.

Note: He claimed he checked the tresspassers ID and refused to tell me where the man was from. Technically, the cop was violating USC Article 4, Section 4 and US Title 8 Section 1324(helping, concealing dangerous illegal foreigners in the USA).
