MAKE SURE THAT YOU’RE READY!!!

7 But the end of all things is at hand: be ye therefore sober, and watch unto prayer.

GOOD EVENING IN THE MIGHTY NAME OF YESHUA MY FRIENDS!!!

Every time I read this particular passage of scripture my friends, I'm immediately drawn to other passages of scripture, that more than support what Jesus is saying. I see especially how Mark's gospel in chapter 13 states practically the same thing that Matthew was saying, and Luke's gospel backs it all up too! What are they all saying you ask? The message is simple my friends. In Christ, they are encouraging us to be laboring in God's fields, being alert, sober, watching, and waiting for the return of our Savior Jesus. I believe that's why I was so encouraged, as well as very challenged, by the questions from this morning's devotional, and I'd like to share them with you all tonight. I invite you all to read these questions very carefully, and I pray that these questions will inspire you to be found ready and waiting for Christ’s return.

How are you preparing to meet Jesus?

What do you look forward to the most about being with Him?

What I'd like to do right now, is share some thoughts that are on my heart concerning this issue of Christ’s coming, through this blog I'd like to share with all of you tonight. I believe we need a reminder now more than ever, that while we do not know the exact date of the rapture, which is a reality, it is going to happen, and we need to be prepared. This is why we as REDEEMED followers of Jesus, need to be found laboring in His fields. To not live as the foolish virgins, but live EVERY moment, second, minute, hour, day, week, month, and year, as if Jesus could and WILL come!! Most of all, I pray that if there is ANYONE out there, who does not know Christ as their Savior, that they will make that decision, that CHOICE, to accept Him as your Savior today. How does one do this you ask? All you have to do, is ADMIT that you are a sinner, that you’re lost in your sins, and accept the free gift that only God offers through his son Jesus Christ. I wanna make this very clear, you can't earn your way to heaven, because it's impossible, but salvation is a free gift from Jesus Christ to you, and all you have to do is accept it! I invite you all RIGHT NOW, to call on His name today, seek His face, ask Him to forgive you of whatever sins you’ve committed, and He WILL forgive it.
