Dispute Over Water Bottles at Bar's Grand Opening

Info from Licensor: "My staff informed me that some lady was taking our glass, reusable water bottles to her car off of our patron's tables. When I went outside, I confronted her about the bottles. My staff had already been asking her to give them back but she ignored them.

We do not sell the glass water bottles, nor have we ever. Our staff did not offer her to pay $70 for each of the bottles and we don't even have a button for it in our POS system."
