Part 28 of the Pokemon Red Thunderlocke!

The eighth and final qualifying round for the Elite Four Battle of the Bands is approaching and the final obstacle is none other than Giovanni himself. It was at this point that Klavier knew that Giovanni, being the leader of Team Rocket, was trying to steal some of the riffs and solos from the Gavinners from their previous performances. Klavier wasn't worried because his Orca-tortle learned some new tricks, as well.

Also, Joe Biden makes another appearance, sniffing his way to another impromptu band battle with the Gavinners. Will he manage to get a good sniff in or will he stink up the joint like he usually does?
