Ukraine's President Volodymyr Zelensky leveled accusations of torture and cowardice at invading forces and told his citizens to prepare for Russia to conduct "even larger operations in the east of our state".

The Ukrainian leader said that in order not to admit mistakes, Russia had made new mistakes: "They deprived themselves of any political tools and, unwilling to give up unrealistic ambitions, started this war."
