You may be swiping left on fruits like pineapple and grapes if you have type 1 or type 2 diabetes. While they're not ideal candidates for a long-term fruit relationship, a little sampling now and then doesn't hurt.
In truth, most fruits may be part of a balanced diet plan when consumed in moderation and combined with healthy fats or protein. Fruit is high in soluble fiber, vitamins, and minerals, which you should consume in large quantities.
