Unknown Bluetooth Signals in Restaurants, Gyms, Etc. - Are mRNA Vaxxed Marked?

I am conducting research on a bluetooth phenomenon, and would like to invite everyone to part-take in it so we can understand what is happening to our shared digital world. I have never seen this many bluetooth signals at any dense area in my life, let alone, un-named signals.

Instructions:
A) If you have an old android cell phone, then your bluetooth finder will pick up signals from other devices.

Otherwise, download a bluetooth finder app on your cell phone. You can download Bluetooth Finder apps in the Apple Store for iPhones and in the Google Playstore for Android cell phones. Preferably, an app with a location map so you can see if the signal is moving and close to you. 1. turn on bluetooth and location. 2. turn on your bluetooth finder in dense places where there's lots of people. 3. make note if the signal is pointing to a person nearby and if that person is moving in the same direction as the signal.

B) Find your own cell phone's Mac code:

C) Then search your own cell phone's mac address using the MAC Vendor API Look-up Tool: https://macvendors.com/
My android cell mac address comes up with: Murata Manufacturing Co., Ltd.
The unknown/un-named mac address in my bluetooth finder app shows: NOT FOUND

Note: Typically, cell phones and devices have names identifying it so that you can choose the right device to pair/connect with. However, these unknown signals have no names to them, and when I try to connect to them, they disconnect. Most cell phones use "bonding" for encryption security. However, these unknown signals often are "unbonded", which means that they can unlock security encryption easier and support more devices under its Ai infrastructure.

Hypothesis: Are these unknown bluetooth signals people who got the mRNA Covid-10 shots? Is there legitimacy that the graphene oxide in the shots emit radio waves to connect to the internet/Ai? If so, what is the intent of surveillance "under the skin"? If not, what are all these unknown signals? What happens if you are able to connect to one of these unknown signals? Can a computer programmer hack the system to locate the original source of these possible "bodies of the internet"? Are there detox protocols that may remove these possible lipid-nanoparticles out of the body? If these signals are people, what can we do to help them get out of the "under the skin" surveillance?
