2022 Youtube refuses to remove copyright strike

A) user for 2nd strike has in email told me he has asked youtube to remove the takedown and asked his manager to make sure this doesn't happen again

B) refusing my take down counternotice outright despite A)

C) YOUTUBE goes quiet on twitter and they are dragging feet on 1st strike

D) i have redone in 2K or 4K both vids and no one is claiming on them.

E) neither of these individuals are the agents of the IP holders that created the game or there publishers.

F) I DE ID VIDEOS WITH GAME PLAY ....

G) with all the above FAIR USE is 100% in play here and as none of the ACTL IP HOLDERS have claimed or had issue , this is YOUTUBE ABUSG COPYRIGHT and GAMG THE STEM for whatever reason i dont know.

WOW JUST wow they are saying im abusing the system when they are theones that wont take the strike away and remove the take down when the email ihave form said person says that he has removed it and is asking his youtube manager why this even happened.
