Amber Rose Washington is an author, songwriter, producer, public speaker, and advocate for the transgender community. She's also a trans woman. She has been featured on Fox, NBC, CBS, NPR, and a host of other media.
Amber has faced an incredible amount of adversity in her life not just from being born trans, but because of multiple health-related issues that affected her life greatly. She has overcome all of the medical-related and social adversity that she has faced in her life and wrote a book entitled hiding from myself which reached best-seller status this early spring.
