Soy is a healthy option compared to regular cereal which contain an elevate amount of gluten. It also contains many mineral salts, amino acids and an excellent amount of vitamins A, B and C.
Soy has antioxidant, anticancer and digestive properties and help lowering cholesterol.

This bread is tastier and more nutritious than store-bought bread, which contain preservatives and artificial ingredients to give it more flavour and have a lengthier shelf life.

350 g soy flour
100 g rice flour
20 g psyllium husk
16 g instant yeast
7 g salt
500 ml water at room temperature
40 ml grapeseed oil
