The Runner's Knot - Why and How to Tie

The Runner's Knot, I love this knot for my running shoe experience. I first learned about the runner's knot from a kind floor worker at Runner's Roost in Denver Colorado. They took the time to share with me the benefit of tying a runner's knot, so as to avoid any slipping in the heel. Slipping in the heel is the absolute worse experience and feeling for all runners. Since I really love running on the trails in the summer time, it is important to maintain a lock down feel throughout the heel and collar of the running shoe.
