Donors pledge $9.9 billion for Ukrainian refugees

Donors including the Canadian government and the European Commission on Saturday (April 9) pledged a combined 9.1 billion euros ($9.9 billion) in donations, loans and grants to support refugees fleeing the war following Russia's invasion.
